How to Register-What You Need
First, Select Your Renewal Package, Individual Classes or the Free Demo Class - Packages are in the pink area (bottom left); buy individual classes from the blue area (bottom right).
Then, Enter Your Registration Information You will need:
- A Non-Shared Email Address - Your email address is used to log in and to receive your completion certificate
- Your ADRE License Number - Look yourself up at www.azre.gov
NOTICE TO ELIGIBLE (FORMERLY INACTIVE) LICENSEES
Senate Bill 1171 went into effect September 14, 2024 and eliminated the requirement for an inactive licensee to complete continuing education hours during the period that the licensee is inactive. On December 4, 2024, ADRE changed formerly "inactive" licensees' status to "eligible" status. Eligible status licensees must take renewal hours. Inactive licensees do not; however, upon reactivating an inactive license, you may be required to complete continuing education credit hours, plus additional hours (and meet other criteria) before reactivating your license.
NEW REQUIRED 2025 CLASSES
Beginning with real estate license renewals due on January 1, 2025, three of the six required elective hours must be in three ADRE-identified specific topics of one credit-hour each. These three class topics shall be Deed Fraud (1 Hour), Water (1 Hour), and Firewise (1 hour). These 3 hours are available in one convenient class (see below).
