Becky, just wanted to thank you. This was the first time I took online courses & the first class was painful till I finally understood the process & the last 5 went smoothly. I will never again sit through a 3 hour class & the only thing I would say is at least I learned one thing. As I took the online courses in the first module of each I learned more about the meaning & responsibility of holding a real estate license than I ever did sitting for 3 hours in a class. I was able to retain subject matter. The web site was user friendly. You took information that was needed and it contained the subject matter that was important to know and not bogged down with unnecessary details, just the facts. Becky, normally I have plenty of renewal hours prior to renewing, but recently 'life happened' and I was facing a 9/30 deadline with no CE credits. After signing up for the full 24 hours, I was able to complete the classes at my convenience whenever I had a little time and a wifi signal, starting and stopping at any point I chose. The cost savings was the initial attraction however once I started I actually enjoyed the format and how I could apply the courses to my real estate career. I have dabbled in short sales but never understood nor felt comfortable with the process or alternatives until I took "Online-Upside-Down Alternatives". I have told my other Remax agents about it. The problem I contacted you about a few minutes ago either fixed itself or you did and I was able to finish the final exam. Let me say that I think that these have been the best license courses I have taken since they began being offered. Clear and concise. And thanks for not having someone doing voice overs. I found them on other renewal sites to be annoying. That being said, I won’t be taking any more courses. I have been a full time Realtor here in Lake Havasu City since 1977 and when this license expires, I’m outta here! Hello, I have renewed my license before and did not have a good experience. I was not looking forward to renewing online but did because of other commitments which prevented me from physically attending. I really enjoyed my experience. I liked the examples and stories that illustrated the principles I needed to learn. I felt the course material was relevant and informative. Hi, I just finished a CE course from your website on Fair Housing. I learned more there than in any class and it stayed right on the subject. Thank you so much. I will use you again... With the time involved to get to the classes, sit there for 3 hours while the teacher goes off subject, it easier to do it online, at home when I can get to it. I just completed my renewal broker's hours. I have been a broker since the mid eighties and this has been the best, most educational series that I have taken.
