Important School Announcement Affecting Your Classes

Online Course Providers is transitioning

to a new course delivery system,

using new websites and

different technical support personnel


Please read this screen completely before contacting technical support.


One of the school’s key vendors has informed Online Course Providers of a personal health issue impacting the ability to provide you with technical support on the old web site.  As a result, we are moving your classes to a different course delivery system on a different web site (you will no longer go to onlinecourseproviders.com, and we will be using different technical support people).


Classes you have paid for and have not yet completed have been moved to our new website If you were in the middle of a class when the transition occurred, you will be positioned at or very near where you left off, within a few hours.  In the meantime, you may immediately work on any classes you had not yet started.


Next steps are outlined below; please read them, even if you are not currently taking classes.


Follow these login instructions to access the new system:

  • Your LOGIN ID is now your email address, NOT your old username (unless you share an email with another licensee, or the email address we had on file for you was not valid).
  • You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.
  • Note that you will be going to a different web site to take your classes.
  • Use the website login link below (or type over any previous website address for the school which may be stored in your browser).
  • Once logged in, click MY TRAINING.  Then, click the arrow to the left of the class you want to work on.  This will expand the lessons in that class.  Then, locate the green launch arrows on the right side of the screen, and click the first one.  If you were partway through a class, you may need to scroll down (past the last lesson with a status of "complete").
  • If you need to purchase additional classes, scroll up and click the REGISTER/VIEW CLASS LIST tab. Select the classes, then click EXISTING USER.

Classes on the school's new site work with most modern browsers, such as Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.  IF you experience any navigation, formatting or logging-out issues, please switch to another browser and/or try a different computer/device before contacting Technical Support.  You may download Chrome at https://www.google.com/chrome/ free of charge.


The classes, teaching content, credit hours, etc., are exactly the same as before.
